The purpose of the Conference Call Meeting is to review and approve the 2018 DDC budget.

Background:

At the April 2018 Council Meeting, staff presented the expenditure plan for the 2018 budget. However, at that time we had not received notice of the federal award for 2018.

Propose this this conference call:

Vote on a motion to authorize Council staff to continue current spending rates as approved under the FY17 budget until approval of the proposed budget for the FY18 federal allotment for the time-period July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019. The only exception to current spending levels authorized under this motion is an increase in Personnel costs to comply with salary increases directed by the State Legislature for all state employees as of July 1, 2018.
