EMPOWER Care Act

from the Consortium of Citizens with Disabilities

Horizontal orange and red text boxes with Empower Care Ace and National Call In Day

The Money Follows the Person (MFP) program is a Medicaid program that has helped more than 75 thousand people with disabilities and seniors move from nursing homes and other institutions to the community.  The MFP program has expired, and we need your advocacy to get Congress to pass the EMPOWER Care Act to continue it.  Join in our national call-in day (Thursday Feb. 1) and social media day (Friday Feb. 2) to #FundMFP.  Everyone deserves the opportunity to live in the community!

Please spread the word widely to your grassroots and join in our #FundMFP advocacy.

Thanks,
The CCD Grassroots Team
