Please Welcome Our New Members

Please welcome our newest members of the council, Donna Tiffan and Courtney Ward, both parents of children with developmental disabilities.

Donna Tiffan is from Klickitat County, which is a very rural part of the State. She is especially committed to representing her community and feels the families in her area are under-represented in terms of awareness and services.  Donna participated in a leadership class in Vancouver. She wants to be part of the solution.

Courtney Ward is from Chelan County in central Washington.  She is a parent and has a degree in Public Administration.  She has worked in state and local government for almost ten years.  In addition to her work experience, she wants to bring the needs of her community to the Council and become more effective in community efforts, programs, and outreach.
