Albertina Kerr of Portland, Oregon is seeking an inspirational and forward thinking leader as Chief Program Officer with experience in intellectual/developmental disabilities and mental health services, preferably with a background in 24-hour care facilities.
Albertina Kerr offers a wide range of services to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health challenges, empowering them to live richer lives. Serving over 1,000 people annually across four Oregon counties, Kerr programs include group homes for youth and adults, supported living, day, employment and community inclusion opportunities, outpatient mental health, and crisis psychiatric care.
The Chief Program Officer reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is the executive designated full responsibility for the functioning, growth and development of program operations. The position oversees a significant portion of the $43 million agency budget and staff of approximately 500 through four direct reports.
