These teams will collaborate on projects aimed at supporting individuals with IDD and their families, while also establishing best practices for statewide implementation. Chosen Community Teams will enhance their ability to recognize barriers, devise creative solutions, and advocate for policy adjustments or local initiatives to tackle community challenges.
